Really good Breakfast and Suite Upgrade
great selection helpful staff spacious suite
The breakfast offered a great selection. The staff was both friendly and helpful. I received a complimentary upgrade to a suite (so grateful!), which was very spacious. It included a lovely balcony and comfortable bed.
The hotel's front faces a busy roundabout. I think light sleepers should request a room at the rear (for a quieter stay).

The hotel restaurant remains open for a large part of the day, offering consistent service. Breakfast includes something for everyone with beautiful presentation and a wide array of choices to satisfy many tastes.

The hotel is a little away from the center. there is a good bus service into town that runs regularly and is cheap. A few bars are local and ideal for casual drinks and tapas.

cockroach problem white powder
the staff was very friendly and spoke english well, which met my expectations.
I found a cockroach in my room, crawling over my clothes. I also noticed white powder on the shelves. i reported the issue, yet the explanation provided by customer service was unsatisfactory.

lovely rooftop pool experience
equipped gym relaxing space friendly bar
i appreciated the hotel's well-equipped gym with enough equipment for a decent workout. the rooftop pool and solarium offered a relaxing space. the breakfast included freshly squeezed orange juice in large glasses. i also found a couple of friendly tapas bars behind the hotel, a nice local touch.
the hotel fronts onto a busy roundabout, i recommend requesting a room at the rear if you are sensitive to noise.

The staff at reception was friendly and cute. Sweets and flavored waters were available . reception staff offered helpful assistance with directions and local recommendations.

the room included a coffee machine and complimentary water bottles, a nice touch, we loved. the room was quite spacious with nice furniture. housekeeping kept the room super clean with daily towel service.

the hotel offered an excellent buffet breakfast with many choices, and everything tasted fresh. dinner in the hotel restaurant was excellently prepared and delicious. real freshly squeezed orange juice was a rare treat, but the taste was excellent.
